Hi, my name is Keiana. I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every event should be unforgettably stunning. With this philosophy in mind, I founded Ladybug Picnics. I’ll work day and night to guarantee that your next event will be filled with unforgettable memories.

With the following services we offer, you can put your mind at ease knowing that every last detail has been taken care of.

What can you expect when you book with us?A stress-free event that has you in mind from start to finish. Creating the theme and look you desire for you picture perfect event.

Where do we set up?We can set up at many different locations. Parks, springs, beaches, and venues of your choice such as your home/backyard or other (pictures required for homes and backyards for space and accessibility reasons).

What's included?Setup and cleanup service, table setting of your choice, custom letter board with a special message, cutlery, linens (napkins and table runners), plates and wine glasses, chargers, placemats, led candles, candleholders, lanterns, florals/plants and decor, still or sparkling water, bucket and ice, comfy seating for each guest, decorative pillows, blankets, waste basket, hand sanitizer, bluetooth speaker, use of everything for two hours and an unforgettable experience.

What's your cancellation policy?We understand life happens and plans change, we allow you to cancel your event up until 7 days before your scheduled event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit
